Getting clear on your priorities

I posted a new video at my Most Productive Year blog all about how I did a 15 minutes writing exercise that helped me to get clear on my priorities: the creative high importanceactivities with a life time value.

For a PhD student, such priority will certainly be the thesis. There may be other important activities that we might be forgetting about in our everyday busy-ness. Such as personal or professional development that would be crucial for getting a dream job after the PhD. Or eating well, sleeping enough, physical exercise… Family, relationships…

In this video, I am talking about a way of getting clear on our priorities and how to organise ourselves around these priorities. And right at the end of the video a great tip for overcoming overwhelm is revealed.
